Online coaching gives you the structure, accountability and expert guidance of personal training,

but with the flexibility to train on your own schedule. Whether you train at a gym, at home or while travelling,

everything is delivered through my coaching app so you always know exactly what to do and how to progress.

Online coaching gives you the structure, accountability and expert guidance of personal training, delivered through a simple coaching app so you can train anywhere and still get the support you need.

While I work with a wide range of clients, I am particularly known for helping women navigate training, nutrition and body composition changes during perimenopause and menopause.

Hormonal changes can affect everything from energy levels and fat distribution to sleep, recovery and motivation, and the right approach to exercise and nutrition can make a significant difference.

However, the principles of good coaching apply to everyone. Whether your goal is fat loss, strength, improved fitness or simply feeling healthier and more confident in your body, online coaching provides a structured and supportive way to get there and work with me, even if we are miles apart!

How Online Coaching Works

1. Consultation & Goal Setting

We begin with an initial consultation to understand:

• your goals
• your training history
• your lifestyle and schedule
• any health considerations or challenges

If you’re navigating perimenopause or menopause, we’ll also discuss how symptoms may be affecting your training, recovery and nutrition.

From this, I create a personalised plan tailored specifically to you.

2. Personalised Training Programme

Your training programme is delivered through my coaching app and designed around your goals, experience level and available equipment.

Workouts include:

• clear exercise instructions and demonstration videos
• structured sets and repetitions
• progression tracking so you can see your improvements

Programmes are updated as you progress to ensure you continue moving forward.

3. Nutrition Guidance

Nutrition is a key part of improving body composition, energy and overall health.

You’ll receive:

• personalised calorie and macro targets
• practical guidance on building balanced meals
• example meal ideas and strategies to support consistency

The goal is always sustainable habits that support long-term health and performance, rather than restrictive dieting.

4. Weekly Check-Ins

Each week you’ll check in through the coaching app so we can review:

• training progress
• energy and recovery
• body composition changes
• lifestyle factors such as sleep and stress

Personalised video feedback using Loom — rather than a quick text reply, I review your check-in and send back a short video walking through your progress, offering coaching feedback and explaining any changes to your programme. This makes the process far more personal and supportive than the typical text or voice note many online coaches use.

Your programme and nutrition targets are adjusted as needed to keep you progressing.

5. Ongoing Support

You’ll have direct messaging access through the app so you can reach out whenever you need support, whether that’s with training questions, nutrition guidance or staying accountable.

I offer two ways to work together depending on your preferences and location.

Online Coaching is fully remote and ideal if you want expert guidance, structure and accountability while training independently at your own gym or at home.

If you’re able to train with me in person, the Hybrid Coaching option combines online coaching with occasional face-to-face sessions. This allows us to work on technique, review progress and keep you moving forward with extra hands-on support.

While both options provide the same personalised coaching and support, many clients find that having the occasional in-person session really helps build confidence, refine technique and accelerate progress.

 

Prices

Clear pricing, honest coaching and no pushy sales tactics.

I believe in being open and transparent about costs rather than asking people to “book a call” just to find out the price. Coaching should feel supportive and straightforward, not pressured.

Online Coaching

£129 per month 

Fully remote coaching Includes

• Fully personalised training programme
• Coaching delivered through the training app

Hybrid Coaching

£179 per month

Includes everything in Online Coaching plus:

• 1 in-person personal training session per month
• Technique coaching and programme review
• Additional accountability

Hybrid coaching requires the ability to attend occasional sessions with me at Joe Ralph’s Gym in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, UK.
