Hi, I'm Jenny!
Founder of Habitual Health & Fitness and a Personal Trainer with over 20 years of experience helping people improve their strength, health and confidence.
My coaching focuses on sustainable habits, sensible nutrition and evidence-based training that fits real life.
I specialise in supporting women navigating hormonal and metabolic changes — including menopause — while helping people of all ages build strength and confidence in the gym.
I’m based at Joe Ralphs Gym in Wakefield, where I work with clients on a 1-to-1 basis, delivering training tailored to individual goals, health needs and experience levels.
Alongside in-person training, I also offer online coaching programmes for those who prefer the flexibility of remote support, as well as educational workshops and courses focused on women’s health, menopause, nutrition and sustainable lifestyle change.
